The city of Frisco, Tex., is the site of the first annual Head for the Cure 5K – North Texas.

Registration is now open for this inaugural event, which takes place in front of City Hall in downtown Frisco at 8 a.m. Saturday, May 14, 2011.

Inspired by the endless courage and optimism of Frisco resident Stevie Patrick as she battles a grade 3 Anaplastic Astrocytoma, Head for the Cure 5K – North Texas is sure to become an annual mainstay in our efforts to defeat brain cancer step by step.
