We are excited to announce that KSAT's anchor, Steve Spriester, will be the emcee at the 4th annual Head for the Cure 5K - San Antonio on Saturday, September 23rd.   Steve has been at KSAT since 1995. The kickoff will give you the chance to meet our staff, discuss ideas for this year's event and receive event collateral to start marketing for the event. Stick it to Brain Cancer!

Support Head for the Cure and help us to defeat brain cancer step by step.

This December, you have the chance to Stick it to Brain Cancer! For a donation of $500 or more, you have the opportunity to personalize a decal in honor of or in memory of a loved one that will be placed on our new event trailer for the 2019 5K season. You will also receive 10 of the same decals for your own personal use on your car, window, laptop, etc. Donations can be made individually, or groups of people can choose to donate together. If you choose to donate with other people, one individual will need to make the $500 donation.
