My father John Thomas “Tommy” Taylor died in 1998 after a brief, brave battle with brain cancer.
He was 61 years old, and two months away from retiring to a life of travel and liesure with my mother. My dad was a loving husband and father who hid his soft side under a rough exterior. He was a brilliant mechanical engineer who worked for NASA and Boeing. He loved a good joke and appreciated beautiful women.
He was in hospice in a coma when his 39th wedding anniversary with my mother arrived. We love him and miss him.
