Looking back as we pass the three year anniversary of my wife Sarah’s diagnosis and surgery to remove a Glioma Astrocytoma brain tumor on September 12 2017. With brain surgery and recovery followed by chemo and radiation and hours of therapy and Drs. appointments Etc. Even After all of the hurdles and treatments with the uncertainty of what is to come in the future. She without a doubt not a complainer, she always has a positive attitude and outlook no matter what and keeps pushing forward and continues to be an amazing teacher, best friend, wife and now an awesome mother to our one year old daughter Stella. She does not miss a beat from being up early to get Stella ready to staying up late on a school night to prepare for the kids the next day ahead. I can not think of any one person more deserving of this award! Not only does she inspire others at everything she does, she inspires me to become a better husband and now a better father. I love you Sarah and can not wait to spend forever together with you and Stella. ILYFAE
