Sandra O’Donnell has been working in Plano ISD first as a library volunteer at Haggard MS and then as a library assistant at Vines High School for twelve years. She is married and the mother of two children, Bethany and Eli, and the grandmother of a one year old granddaughter: Teagan. Sandra likes to keep fit by walking her dog, Dukie and by swimming when the weather is nice. She was diagnosed with Glioblastoma, stage four, on April 24, 2013. A competitor at heart, Sandra is fighting her brain cancer with chemotherapy and radiation treatments that will begin in a few short weeks
